More Build Up..........
My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots and frizzy ends. I tried this shampoo on my daughter's color treated hair and her color still washed out. I found this to be a nice shampoo but it didn't extend my color at all, every day in the shower I watched the color run down the drain and I have to say I was expecting better results from this. Bright Color
I love this formula for my hair because it is great at keeping your highlights bright as well as preserving your overall hair color. Didn't extend life of color
This seemed like just a basic shampoo to me. My color faded at it's usual rate while I was using it. Additionally, it wasn't moisturizing enough for my dry ends. Great affordable shampoo
This smells great leaved m hair clean and feeling good. I am not sure if this extends the life of the color but it does not hurt color and highlights like some shampoos do. My Favorite Shampoo!
I get my hair colored a shade darker about every 2-3 months. I tried many color treatment shampoos, including Suave and Pantene. Neither have me results I wanted. They left my hair dry, and greasy. Not wanting to buy an expensive salon brand, because we had just moved and money was tight, I decided to try one more drug store shampoo, Herbal Essences. I am in love with this shampoo! It cleans wonderfully, but it doesn't make my hair dry. It leaves my hair soft, and oh so shiny! It even preserves my hair color, I went to the salon the other day, and it was around the time I normally needed another color. But I didn't get one because my stylist said my color still looked rich and vibrant! A shampoo that cleans without drying, and saves me money? good for color treated hair
I like the way this shampoo smells and feels. Well all of Herbal Essences shampoos and conditioners smell great. I always smell a product before I buy it. This one is good for color treated hair and doesn't seem to strip the color. It works well and cleans the hair well.
