Pretty good
I'm going to be honest-- I really miss the old formulas of herbal essence-- the floral smelling ones with the actual herbs. This is pretty much a completely different product line under the same name. That being said, the scent of this conditioner is to die for, and actually lingers in my hair. Smells Delicious 2!
Just like the shampoo, this Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Conditioner smells amazing. Use an adequate amount of it and it'll leave your hair nice and soft. Great product! More Build Up.............
My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots and frizzy ends. My hair was definitely hydrated but VERY weighed down (even if it smelled amazing!) I would only use this after I color my hair or getting out of a pool. It's very hydrating but my hair only needs it when it's stressed... not every day. Pretty good smell

Decent conditioner
Just like their matching shampoo, this conditioner has lovely sweet coconut scent, but not moisturizing/hydrating as I expected. It has rich creamy texture, so I was suprised that it did not make my hair much softer and moisturized. Say goodbye to dry hair, and hello to...well, you know.
I bought a travel size of this to tote along with me to Hawaii. It smells so good, like coconut. It's also very creamy and moisturizes my hair but doesn't make it greasy. This conditioner wasn't as moisturizing as I would have preferred. I have long color-treated hair so I need all I can get! I probably won't buy it again, I need something thicker.
