This cream is everything I could ask for in a deep moisture foot cream. Not only does it work on dry heals like the name says, it leaves your whole foot silky soft. It is especially great after exfoliating your heels and the sides of feet-it sinks right in and works out lines without being heavy/greasy/yucky. I work in the medical field, where most winters we have dry cracked hands from washing our hands so frequently. I use Sally Hansen 18 hr. cracked heel creme for both my hands and feet, then I cover them with cotton therapeutic massage gloves and socks. Needless to say after the massage, I always sleep better and wake up more refreshed. I love it! I put in on at night and then sleep in socks. I wake up with smooth heels and smooth calluses. They get softer daily and disappear with continued nightly use. Feet feel smooth immediately and lines disappear. Even in winter this creme keeps my feet as soft and smooth as baby's skin. I keep it stocked and hope they never discontinue.
