I really like this product. Not just b/c it's a natural conditioner, or b/c it's affordable, I like it b/c it holds moisture into my hair. I have natural, average to fine hair and it does not way it down or make it sticky. I use it when I've been in the sun so my hair doesn't dry out and break. This is a fabulous leave-in. I love the Giovanni line anyhow, they are a bit pricey but the organic ingredients and quality of the line make them worth it. I used to use this when I had long hair and it left my hair so soft and helped my keep away tangles. Though I heard rave reviews from natural haired ladies, I returned this conditioner. It was not for me. It has a nice, subtle citrus scent. The consistency was creamy, and thick, and I had high hopes for it. On wet hair it was good, but when it dried, so did my hair. My hair felt coated, but in a stange way. If I touched it it was dry, but the feeling on my fingers had nice slip. I didn't use much for my hair either. Normally, I can't find leave-in conditioners that aren't watery sprays. I've always had to mix my normal conditioner with water and put it in a spray bottle. FINALLY! This works really well and makes my dry hair feel so soft even on days I haven't washed my hair, like today. My only complaint is that the smell reminds me a little bit of a hospital and/or old people. But it gets the job done! I really like this conditioner. It is light and doesn't weigh hair down but still provides moisture. I have very thirsty hair that sucks up everything and begs for more, so I could stand for it to be a bit heavier, but for people who don't have this type of hair, it will be absolutely perfect, trust me. For people like me, you may just have to use a bit more, and maybe an additional product like a moisturizing cream or something, but it is still great.
