I was given a bottle of this by the girl who cuts my hair; it retails for $13.99 in her salon. If she had not given it to me for free there is no way I would spend that much money for a bottle of shampoo. Having said that, it is a good product that cleaned my hair, left it manageable, and gave it a pleasant scent... I detected no significant change in "hair volume" after using it over the course of a month or so. The Redkens shampoo did do as it says it will. My hair was considerablly thicker, with more body and felt nice.
