got this for free full-size as a sample. loved it. warm sensation was amazing. though i did have to wash my face again after using it because it left my face feeling a little too covered still. it's not a cleanser for sure. it leaves a milky residue that is meant to be moisturizing i'm sure, but as i have extremely sensitive skin, i wasn't about to put that to the test. i washed afterwards with a ...read morefacial cleanser. i really liked this product. i'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. if you have little blue beads left over, IT MEANS YOU DIDN'T RINSE ENOUGH. So Disappointing
The warming action left much to be desired-lasting less than a second even with adding a little water to re-activate (as the instructions said to do) My face felt somewhat like it had left a film on it and not at all clean.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Dont waste your money
This product was a total let down from the start. First the product did not spread at all, second by the time it went from my finger tips to my face it was cool, so there was no warming effect except for my fingers. And lastly it wouldnt wash off, I had to use another cleanser and then a face cloth to get the product off. There is something better!

Didn't Live Up To My Expectations

Okay cleanser but not the best I've found
