Great color selection...
I love the wide variety of colors (although I am not as partial to bright blues and pinks!) and the creamy consistency of the pencils. They lasted for quite awhile, even without using a primer. However, I found that the color "Perversion" (black) fell onto my lower eyelids midday and it resulted in a "raccoon-eye" appearance! Only pencil eyeliner I will use
The was the first eyeliner I used of many. It's smooth going on, smudgeable, pigmented, and there's a wide variety of colors. Unfortunately, it does melt a little off of my waterline and it's pretty pricey. It's still an overall great eyeliner though, especially when gone over with eyeshadow or a liquid liner. A good product for a smaller price is CoverGirl LiquiLine Blast Eyeliner Pencil. Love, Love, Love... : )
I was under the very sound assumption that you could not apply a pencil eyeliner on your eyelid. Your lash line, sure, but your lid? Not unless you wanted a painful experience with a hard, skipping, colored pencil-like apparatus or a smeary, too-soft mess. I have found a new definition of eyeliner in Urban Decay's 24/7 eye liner pencil. The pencils are creamy, smooth and so unlike any eyeliner I've tried. While it is super creamy and soft, once you apply it it stays on until you take it off. And you can't talk about Urban Decay without talking about color; the pencils come in the most vibrant, true-to-color shades and while the company is known for it's wild colors (and they do carry them) they also come in the most demure, pretty neutrals. My absolute favorite
These are my absolute favorite eyeliners EVER. They're SO pigmented, they're pretty much bulletproof, and there are so many gorgeous colors to choose from! I have around 10 of them at the moment, and the on I use the most is Perversion (a SUPER intense black). It's a lot darker and more intense than Zero. It goes on my waterline SUPER amazingly, and I can even go swimming and it'll still be on afterwards! Its staying power is so good that it's hard to get it OFF my waterline. The other colors don't seem to go on my waterline as well, but they're just so gorgeous! There really aren't any other brands with brightly colored eyeliners like these. They've got all the colors of the rainbow, and THEN some! My favorite is Radon (a light turquoise blue), and I don't think I've ever found a color even similar to it! They're a bit pricey, but they're COMPLETELY worth it! Once they're on your face, they don't budge. They stay on through sleeping, swimming, sweating...anything! They're also easy to blend as long as you don't let them set first. They're also super creamy and they look like they're liquid liner. Excellent
Believe the hype, this pencil is worth every penny. It glides on smoothly (don't you hate it when makeup articles suggest you blast a blowdryer on your eyeliner before you apply so that it will soften?), and it is REALLY pigmented. When you first apply it, it's still malleable enough for you to smudge or remove if you've made a mistake (like accidentally smudging it all over your eyelid, not that I'm speaking from experience...). But wait a few minutes for it to dry (this is the annoying part, having to consciously keep your eyes from opening all the way), and it sets until you take it off at night (which is the other annoying part, it really wants to stay on). And they come in so many shades that are fun to play with. I have perversion and its awesome but my only issue is that it goes so fast. Like I bought it two weeks ago and I'm already more than halfway through with it. 24/7 Glide on eye pencil
This is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It is soft and does not tug on your eye lid when you apply it. It stays on all day and does not smudge onto your eye shadow.
