pretty tough stuff!
I had received this in a travel kit while I was on a business trip and my skin was in dire distress. I used this for several days on that trip and my skin had made a comeback after switching to this. It might be a little much for everyday because it is so potent in natural AHA's which is great. I decided to clear my skin up at home instead of going to a dermatologist and getting plugged up on antibiotics. I tried this stuff and I noticed a difference after a week. It dries up pimples really good! The smell isn't the best but not the worst either. It's tolerable.
