Decent conditioner

This one does a nice job of making dry hair softer but I will echo the warnings of other reviewers: do not use this anywhere near your roots unless you want greasy, flat hair!

this did wonders for my hair. i loved pantene but now i love this dove conditioner even more. it made my hair soft and helped with the damage from the curler all year and from all the hair dye

The best conditioner

This is the best conditioner i've used so far. My hair is so soft and smells good when i shower at night and wake up in the morning. I used to use the anti-frizz one and it worked good, but not as good as this. It seems to protect my hair from heat styling products. You guys should try it. Go to dove's website and get samples, another advantage, they send you coupons, so if you liked it, the coupons would be great for your savings!

It just seems to coat the hair

I LOVE the dove scent, but i can't help but think that it just sits on my hair until i wash it off. it doesn't repair the hair---nothing can anyway---but it just coats it and makes it seem ok. I guess it did leave my hair soft a few times, but after a few uses, it started drying my hair out.

Great great Great

I think this product works well if you have dry frizzy hair that is also wavy. I think if you have fine hair this aint for you. It made my hair softer and healthier. When I used my flatiron autmatically u can see the results of shiny hair. I really think the price is great.

not so good

i was dissapointed with dove. i think this was the worst dove product i ever tried. i've used dove conditioners before, eversince i was in high school, so one day i decided to buy this big bottle at sam's club. i thought it would be just as good, knowing that dove always took care of my frizzy, overprocessed hair. however this conditioner was too liquidy and didnt detangle my hair. i had to use he...read moreaps of it just to run my fingers through my hair. with other conditioners, you only have to use a little bit and it spreads all over your hair, but this one..i had to literally put it on each and every strand if i wanted to detangle. i was stuck with a big bottle, so i decided to use it a few more times thinking that maybe i just needed to be patient, but no difference, so i gave it to my husband. he said he liked it because it rinsed easily and didnt smell to fruity. well i guess its good for guys with short, healthy hair who dont wanna smell like girls. when it comes to the label, i didnt see anything intense or any therapy about it.

great for damaged hair

I went about four years without a professional haircut while growing out my hair. The ends were pretty damaged and I had a lot of trouble with breakage. I tried so many different products and the Advanced Care line was the only thing I found that significant;y reduced breakage. I also have an oily scalp and this conditioner did not make my hair look oily or weigh it down.

good stuff

I am obsessed with my curling iron and straightener. Needless to say, my ends become fried. My hair's natural texture is really frizzy and wiry and some kind of weird wave. I think this really helped my hair's condition. I haven't been a fan of a shampoo and conditioner set in a while. I definitely recommend it; especially if you love heat styling as much as I do.

Great buy

Works just great on my bleach damaged hair. The smell is wonderful also.
