Rapid Hair Repair
This is such a great solution for dry and damaged hair. I like to blow dry my hair and I spend a lot of time working outdoors so my hair suffers, a lot. I had split ends and the hair felt dull and dry. This conditioner is so great because it was intense therapy for my hair and really made it look so much better. It repaired the damaged and dry ends as well as moisturized. It didn't weigh my hair down like many conditioners and it even added shine. I love the rehydrating mixture and it left my skin looking radiant and feeling soft and silky. Not rich enough
I find that it doesn't work well as other drugstore brands do. It doesn't make my hair feel soft and conditioned as another richer, heavier condition would (which is the type I need). Conditions Unconditionally
Don't apply this around your roots because it will weigh hair down and one piece of advice for you would be - BUILD UP. This will cause build up and an oily scalp for some because a couple girlfriends and I had used this for a while but I've found that it makes hair beautifully manageable by applying it from your middle sections down to your roots instead of all over; that way you get volume, frizz easing, and shine. I loved how silky my hair was after this and the benefit of paying less than five dollars a bottle that outshined my twenty eight dollar conditioner that I've been using for quite some time. The texture is thick and creamy so it adheres well to the cuticles of my hair without sliding off and being uneffective, it clings on and nourishes until it washes off. Best Conditioner for Damage
I love this product. It's the most moisturizing conditioner I've tried that doesn't weigh my hair down. My hair feels truly soft and healthy, not just coated with a smoothing ingredient. excellent to use on dry naturally curly hair
This product works wonders on dry naturally curly hair like mine. This used at night then slept in overnight makes the hair that is woken up to so nice and not needing anything on it. This sort of controls hair the morning after conditioning with the conditioner and sleeping in wet hair with the conditioner. Average conditioner
It's weird that other reviewers found this conditioner too heavy because I thought it didn't give me enough moisture. Maybe my hair is just really dry, but I didn't get the intense, greasy results with this like other people did. It isn't bad; but I had to use kind of a lot to get my hair adequately covered (I always avoid the roots though). Boring
I used this conditioner for several years and the truth is that it bored me. It's not that it doesn't work well, it actually it is a pretty good moisturizing conditioner. The problem is that it smells like all other Dove products (soap, shampoo, deodorant, which I all used at some point, at the same time), so after a while, smelling from head to toe the same, seriously bored me. I wish they changed the scent to make it stand out among the other products. BEST CONDITIONER
Hands down this is the best conditioner that I have ever used. It smells great, makes my hair super soft, and most importantly makes it manageable and frizz-free. I don't know about "repairing" my hair, because i don't know how to tell that but it does moisturize it REALLY well. dove conditioner
