I always wear waterproof mascara so I don't have to worry about it smearing. I absolutely adore this mascara remover because it's so gentle and it feels so moisturizing on the skin around my eyes, even after washing my face. Gentle and Affordable
This is one of the better eye makeup removers. I have a sensitive eye area. And am sometimes sensitive to makeup. With a bit of this on a cotton ball and a few wipes it is done. I hate removing my mascara especially it can be so messy.
