Great

quality product
Got this on sale (mascara-eyeliner combo), and like it so far. It's not too soft or too hard, so it is easy to apply without ripping your eye-lid or having it all over your eyes. I've been applying it over my elf primer, and now at 5pm it's exactly where I put it at 7am this morning without any touch-ups (note, it's sticky and humid summer in NYC now). Very good product. I have oily skin and I have long bottom lashes which means most eyeliners just won't cut it. Before I found my ultimate gel formula eyeliner, this was my beauty staple. It stayed put and didn't smudge, until my skin got more oilier during mid day that is. But this does quite a while and the pencil isn't so supersoft that it'll be too overpowering when it's applying making all lines thick, it's little more stiff but the product application glides easier and it sets itself practically. There is also a built in sharpener at the bottom, I believe for finer lines and points to be drawn. This is almost perfect if it was only developed with the ultimate non-smudging factors in mind but with a sneeze, I can find it in place even if I get really teary during the allergy seasons. Perfect for me
I'm not sure if this would be the eyeliner for everyone but it's absolutely ideal for me for three reasons. One: Raisin Quartz actually looks great on my green eyes. Two: I have very sensitive skin and have had terrible problems with eye makeup. Never any problems with Almay. Three: Consistency. It is a softer, more gel-like pencil. smudgy
When I am on the run, almay's eye liner applies pretty fast and easily. However, do not over extend the point because it breaks while you are trying to apply. I have two tips. Do not use it for night time wear. it smudges and you will have to clean up and re apply, if not by the end of the night your eye liner is everywhere. Fantastic drugstore buy
I've been using this eyeliner for 2 maybe 3 years. It definatly glides on without tugging and is waterproof for about 4 or so hours in the waterline before it needs a touchup(I have watery eyes). When I wore it to six flags water park it was still on my eyes. You have to get it off with eye remover for sure. The only thing I don't like about it is that the black isn't BLACK enough.
