After getting out of the shower there was too much residue. I have sensitive skin and the residue causes my already dry skin to become drier. I use this to shave my legs and it's so moisturizing and smooth, much better then shaving gel and conditioner for legs. Olay Ribbons Body Wash with Jojoba Butter is the thickest and richest body wash I have ever used. The thickness can be both good and bad things for my skin. It created a nice lather of moisturizing foam, but I did not feel 100% clean. I felt that this stuff was still on my skin that I needed to rinse. Loving all things Olay I was not too thrilled with this. It felt like I was applying body lotion not showering.When I used it to shave it trashed my razor. Not sure if the beads do any real exfoliating but I love the scent and I love anything with marine ingredients and this has seaweed extract. The creamy formula feels like butter, so smooth but also lathers well and you only need a small amount. Not sure if this eliminates the need to moisturize after since I always moisturize after a shower because I have very dry skin. I picked this up because it was on clearance at Ulta and now it's my favorite body wash. I love this body wash! I tried a few other brands and I come back to this one everytime. My husband even commented I should stick with this one! The pricepoint is great, you get a lot of product for you buck! It leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. I never feel like I have to use lotion after using this - more of an option. Smells wonderful and it's a great alternative for shaving lotion! The smell is divine!
