  my moms been using this FOREVER, and she looooves it. every once in a while id be at her house and hop in the shower and this'd be 'the' shampoo, and id use it, and ok no complaints, clean and felt ok. then when i was preggers the first time, i craved this shampoo...id wash my hair with it and while i was still in the showe...r and a little sudsie, id suck it out of my hair....i dont kno why....but for 3$ its great, and my mom could buy anything in the world and wants this.   The Champ of Cheap Shampoo

  I usually get the extra body formula but I've tried this one too. They work really well for the price. Has a nice clean smell and gives your hair body. If something works and is only 1.00 at most discount stores doesn't it make sense to use it instead of something much more expensive? It works. May 17, 2008, 5:42 pm

  Affordable

  This shampoo is perfect for those on a tight budget. It cleans your hair which is the most important thing. However, it is not as good as some of the more pricey products. In other words, you get what you pay for. December 7, 2007, 6:51 am

  VO5 Shampoo

  It is inexpensive but it is a good shampoo it cleans the hair well leaving it soft and managable. I have trouble with dry fly away hair but VO5 put just enough moisture in to control the hair. My hair looked smoother after using this shampoo. November 14, 2007, 5:25 pm

  Basics forever

  This is probably the most basic shampoo one can find and it works wonderfully. It washes completely, rinses very well, leaves hair shiny and clean, does not dry hair or scalp. Works wonders every time. And the price is most definitely right. November 12, 2007, 3:19 pm

  Just Okay

  Best Shampoo EVER!

  I have tried everything and these VO5 shampoos are the absolute best. You can actually take any of the VO5 shampoo and conditioner products and these are the only ones that got me to buy their products again and again. It truly does everything and more. May 25, 2009, 1:51 pm

  This shampoo is usually on sale at cvs/drugstore for 99cents. It does it's job: gets your hair clean. There's no filmy residue and lathers well. It also lasts forever. A huge amount comes in this bottle. If you have normal hair and not looking for anything special, this is the shampoo for you. October 16, 2008, 11:38 am

  it's cheap and works wonders
