If you want a simple liquid eye makeup remover, this is the best for the price. It has a flip top which makes it easy to squeeze onto cotton ball, and it has no oily feel. It doesn't have any offensive odor, and it comes in a larger bottle that lasts a while. Usually when you buy a "gentle" make-up remover, it is also oily. This product, not so much. It takes off the make up and even the waterproof liners and mascaras. It doesn't burn the eyes like some of the other removers. I have really sensitive eyes and this product does not sting or irritate my eyes at all. Super gentle and light, but also strong and effective enough in removing waterproof eye makeup. I also like how it's not an oil based product because usually the oily eye makeup removers tend to make the product and left over eye makeup get in my eyes.
