      Honest Promise!

      I would definitely recommend this Brow Pencil. Easy to use, accurately shapes brows with wisps of color, no smudging, and has staying power all day long. Excellent quality for the price! I tried this Brow Pencil on a whim last year and was impressed with the quality. Now I stock up, I wouldn't be without it! May 1, 2008, 11:16 am
