very smudgey
i liked the little sharpener thing that comes off the bottom of this pencil to keep a nice fine point, but the pencil itself smears too much and isnt very black as far as color goes...you get faded out lines. i use the tip sharpener thingie on my better liners now, so its baiscally and expensive little tip sharpener. didnt irritate my skin tho. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Physicians Formula eyeliner

Soft pencil liners are SUPPOSED to smudge!
Unless you use this pencil with an eyeshadow primer or long-lasting eyeshadow, it does what it's supposed to: smudge (AKA softening the line). This eyeliner is not the best. I wear hard contacts so I need something that goes on super easy, and this takes a bit more pressure than I like. Not my favorite eyeliner
I usually love Physicians Formula products but not this one. I have to apply it a few times to get intense color. The eyeliner doesn't last long and smears after a while.
