The comb is too hard to handle
If you are very patient and want to take the time to learn how to use the comb for the mascara, then this is a good product to try, otherwise, move on to another mascara. The comb would always leave my lashes looking like Tammy Faye. I couldn't get the right amount on the comb for anything. I tried blotting the comb and using less, but I never did figure it out. Horrible Mascara
I, like many others, tried this product and found it to be horrible. No matter how carefully I applied the primer it still clumped. The mascara is thin and smears no matter how light handed you are in application.It made my lashes stick together and the result was a globbed up mess.The comb applicator is completely worthless and does nothing for separating lashes even when wiped clean. My lashes are good but with this mascara they looked awful. Even with a metal lash comb I could not get them separated and looking decent. It also smeared and flaked about an hour after application. I'd say this product DID NOT live up to its claim and I would definitely NOT purchase it again. Spider lash alert!!!

life is incomplete without this
This is my absolute favorite mascara ever. Sine they discontinued it alomst two years ago, I have yet to find one that works as well. I have been stocking up on ebay and it seems like they are starting to finally run out. I think people are crazy to not like this. I had alll my friends try it, they all got hooked, and have all been just as saddened as me with it being discontinued. The brush is awesome, lashes are long and full. Very dissappointed they stopped making it. Pointless!

Worst Mascara!
I have fairly long lashes already so I was hoping this would make them look super lush. I bought the regular formula, not waterproof, and it was terrible! Huge waste of money. The mascara "comb" is ridiculous. My eyelashes have never clumped up as much as they did with this mascara. Not too shabby!
I LOVED the way this product made my lashes look. I already have long lashes and this product made them stand out! But, there is one down side to this product. I bought the waterproof. If you want waterproof this is EXTREMELY waterproof. It took me a few days to get all of it off of my lashes even when I use eye makeup remover. USE IT CAREFULLY
IF YOU USE THE MASCARA BASE FIRST, AND THAN GENTLY SWIPE THE COMB THROUGH YOUR LASHES, JUST ONCE, YOU WILL GET A GOOD RESULT FROM THIS PRODUCT. MAKE SURE THE COMB DOES NOT HAVE A LOT OF PRODUCT ON IT. BE CAREFUL TO SWIPE EACH SECTION OF LASHES ONLY ONCE. OTHERWISE, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OFF. Great tip: Combine with Regular L'Oreal Mascare
Okay, ladies, here's a great tip that works for my eyelashes. Background info: my eyelashes are very long and curly as well as thick Tip: I find it helpful to apply one coat of L’Oreal Voluminous Mascara and another of non-waterproof L'Oreal Paris Volume Shocking Mascara (the one featured on this page). The "Shocking" mascara helps me shape my lashes with the comb brush to remove clumps. You may have to lightly wiggle the comb applicator a little while applying to really get the clumps out, but it works great by adding volume AND length. Keep in mind, however, this method helps me make sure that my eyelashes don't look too long (this, "spidery," as my friends like to call it.) If you have short, straight eyelashes I'm not sure how this method would work, but it's worth it to give it a shot!
