Revlon Perfect Heat Professional Ceramic Styling Iron Reviews

Stopped working after a week!
amygab1126 (240 reviews)I started using this curling iron exactly 7 days ago, and it was trouble from the beginning. The second time I went to turn it on, I had to hit the button 3 times to get the "on" light to light up. This morning, ten minutes after turning it on, I noticed it was barely warm - not hot. So, I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and tried to turn it on again. Nothing. No matter how many times I pushed that "on" button, the little red light would not come on. This curling iron has died after 7 days. I've used many curling irons over the years and have never had one stop working like this (usually it's the lever that gives out after over a year of daily use). Sadly, I don't have the receipt or packaging, so I had to run out and pick up a thirteen-dollar replacement - and you can bet I didn't go with Revlon. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Who needs to spend more than $20 on a curler?
RavenLoudspeakr (270 reviews)I bought this on a whim when strolling through Walmart. I always wanted a change from my usually straight hair, so I got this one because it was cheap but also ceramic so it wouldn't damage my locks as much as with metal. I just wish the barrel was longer, and the clamp was designed differently because sometimes I get telltale crease on my curls. Anyways, it works splendidly without damaging my hair. It heats up very quickly and is very easy to clean, and the swivel cord ensures it doesn't tangle up during use. — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

The worst curling iron
lesly2595 (1 reviews)Don't not buy these I don't recommend it's really cheap the handle broke within 3 weeks . I didn't use it that much plus the curl don't even come out nice and it makes your smell burnt . Overall I regret buying this curling iron. — 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

I'll return this tomorrow to Walmart!
asiana11 (1 reviews)I bought this $16.49 Revlon curling Iron with 1 3/4 barrel, and it gave me a hard time to use it--not just because I'm a newbie to this stuff, but also, my tiny fingers can't reach the clamp, and I always got burned! My hair also always got cqught in the clamp, but the most thing I hate was the heat settings! It turns easily when my finger hits it. It was a disaster when I tried it. I'm glad I got the receipt so I can return this. I will check Conair next time. — 5 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Nice Curling Iron If You're Looking For One That Won't Put a Big Dent in Your Wallet
AshleyLovesMakeup (48 reviews)I picked this up from Walmart for only $9.84; can you believe that??? Although it's very cheap, it curls my hair surprisingly well without frying it (make sure to use a heat protectant. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS use one when you're styling your hair with hot tools). I love it and use it on special occasions. I didn't give this a 10 because the cord's kind of hard to wrap around the bottom of the iron, and becaus the clamp looks easy to break. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
