Totally Effective and Very Gentle
Yes, the makeup removers by Estèe Lauder and Lancome are wonderful, but so is Neutrogena's "Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover" at a fantastic price--about $8.00! The totally non-oily liquid is activated when shaken. It removes even the most stubborn, waterproof makeup in the most gentle, refreshing way. Not Bad...

Great Value
It is hard to believe that this is oil-free because it does not leave my skin dry. I soak a cotton ball/pad to apply, and I don't have to rub hard to remove eyeliner, eye shadow, most mascara, and even lipstain. Only one item this makeup remover failed to remove so far is my waterproof mascara. Good but Wash After
I've been using this for years and it has never failed to easily remove any of my makeup. it doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin which is also a plus. I really love this makeup remover because it isn't heavy or greasy or even feel oily, but it really gets rid of makeup easily. I use it every night to wipe off my mascara and lipstick and concealer and it always gets everything without smudging or making a mess.
