Odd Smell

Not the Best SPF 55 Sunblock
A few months ago some of my friends and I discussed which sunblock is better and more effective, Aveeno or Neutrogena? There was no clear winner. I am a Neutrogena fan, but since the price ranges of Aveeno vs Neutrogena are almost identical, I gave this (SPF 55) a try. This sunblock smells similar to Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer, which is light but distinctive. This Aveeno sunblock is thicker but surprisingly absorbs pretty good, but I feel my skin looks a bit more shinier. Also I notice that it is weaker against water. Although this is better than many sunblock lotions that I used before, I find Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 55 a superior sunblock, which is lighter and more water/sweat resistant, and has even better absorption. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

I got sunburned!
Granted, I have very fair skin, but I couldn't believe my shoulders got burned when I was wearing this. I put it on before taking my dog for short hike, and an hour after I returned I noticed the burn. It was mild, but I was still annoyed. I tried it again, and the same thing happened. The smell of this sunscreen is more tolerable than most, but I really disliked the way it felt on my skin: greasy and like it didn't absorb. Good for Sensitive Skin
It is so hard for me to find a SPF that won't lead to me breaking out. This works for when I know I will be outdoors for a long period of time Aveeno is always a trustworthy brand. trustworthy sunblock
I brought this with me to Hawaii last week and it worked very nicely. I wore it to the beach every day and still got even tan lines, nor did I burn. It absorbs a lot more than other brands and is scent-free. non-greasy formula
This sunblock goes on very easily and has a pleasant silky feeling when applied to the face. It would work well under make-up for someone with normal to oily skin. For my dry skin I prefer the moisturizer under my make-up. I brought this along with me to the beach while in Hawaii last week and it worked quite nicely. Decent one
I used this sunblock cream after a using a moisturer. Used it half an hour before going out in sun. I applied it and rubbed it gently till the greasy texture was gone. It made my skin look even. Also without taking much risk, I applied it often and it worked. I have brown skin and my skin didnt tan. So I agree with the fact that FACE SPF 70 works.
