When I think of Urban Decay, I don't think of brushes. So the fact that this fat, fluffy brush is one of the best I've used came as a shock. Animal advocates will love the super-soft, man-made Taklon fibers, also used in fine artist brushes. Some may dislike the odd white fiber tips and the steep price. But this tool applies powder the way it should -- evenly and smoothly.

    Incredible Flawless Finish

    This brush is absolutely fantastic. Despite it's big round shape, this is soft and flexible enough for all the areas around the face distributing foundation evenly whether it be liquid, mineral, powder, or just a tint. I wouldn't recommend this for blush because it is too big for countouring but I do recommend it for appl...ying your makeup base and all over jobs. It's synthetic hairs allows the user to apply and have foundation on the bristles without worrying about the decomposure of the brush and lessening the quality of application. I have had this brush for well over eight months and hasn't faulted on me yet. A definite must have and appreciated staple for my collection. When used in swirls around the face to buff powder, it lefts a great finish without the overdone cakey or mask effect especially when foundation is blended along the hairline and jawline.     Awesome brush!

    I got this along with the UD blush brush and like the blush brush this is soooo soft. It such a pleasure to use it. I use this for bronzer mostly and it applies it evenly. Very pleased with my purchase. May 12, 2009, 8:43 pm

    The look of this brush is fantastic: the bristles make up a fluffy brush and the handle is very sophisticated in a silvery finish. The actual brush applies powder well and leaves behind a great, even finish. May 1, 2009, 1:36 pm

    SOFTEST BRUSH AND BEST AT BLENDING!

    I Highly highly recommend this brush. I was very skeptical and never thought I would ever purchase an urban decay brush because they don't look that special. However, I do like the fact that it is synthetic and not tested on animals. I have tried MAC brushes, but this one is so soft and so nice to use for mineral foundation...s and/or powders! The animal hair on most high-end brushes still have fall out and are a little scratchy. This one is suprising super soft, and blends everything so nice! I think once you buy this brush, you will never need another face brush again. April 27, 2009, 11:28 pm

    I absolutely love this brush. Not only does it apply powder like a dream (hello, flawless skin!), this brush is the softest you will ever feel (seriously), AND it's cruelty-free. Normally synthetic brushes are a trade-off on quality but not this baby. I've had this brush for a of couple years and if you take good care of it... it'll be your best friend for a long time.
