Nars Cream Blush Reviews

Beautiful!
volta (516 reviews)I have Cactus flower which is a coral red with lots of gold shimmer. On your cheek it blends beautifully to reveal a golden radiance. What I love about the Nars cream blushes (other than they're some of my favorites), it's that you only need a little bit to create a perfect healthy flush. I recommend using a stiff contouring brush with a small head for maximum control. Also, I like that this isn't drying--it's far from drying, cream blushes are recommended for dry skin because the moisture particles in the cream. Since it's not drying, it's not going to dry and emphasize any dry patches you may already have on your cheeks. I've used many cream blushes and sometimes I'll rotate blushes and go a long time without using cream blushes, but then to my disappointment find out that they've dried up. This isn't the case with Nars cream blushes. You can leave the case open for a very long time and it will stay creamy. One of my biggest complaints is the lack of colors. There are a total of seven colors (sold in Nars boutiques), and I think Sephora only carries 4-6 of those. I would like to see cream version of some popular powder blushes (the cream blushes are a different texture and consistency than The Multiple) but also a few more wild colors. It's $28 for each blush--the same price as powder blushes, but I think that I use up the cream blushes far faster than the powder versions. — 2 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Penny Lane
leelu (354 reviews)Penny Lane is a nice no-makeup kind of makeup. On my skin it is a subtle nude peachy pink with a beautiful silver sheen (no visible shimmer). It's an effectless dewy, natural looking blush, which is absolutely mistake proof. Won't accentuate pores or acne scars. Amazing texture too, silky, soft and smooth, very easy to blend and built up. The downsides : (1) too light for me in summer , (2) the lasting power could be better especially compared to other Nars blushes. Overall, I would purchase this again. — 2 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 8 people said helpful

favorite blush
kimmi_o (41 reviews)I figured I would give this product a try in the penny lane color after reading a lot of reviews and I LOVE IT! It is a very natural shade that seems to just give a glow to my cheeks. I am not the best when it comes to applying blush but this stuff is mistake proof, it is very easy to control how much color you want. It doesn't last as long as powder blush but it only take a few seconds to re-apply so its not a problem. — 4 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Nars Creme Blush
Paula8100 (1 reviews)I learned about this by mistake actually. My mom had left it at my house and I recently tried it on...I've never been a creme blush lover. It was fabublous! Looked much more realistic than a powder blush and gave a wonderful glow to my face. Just ordered two more for myself! — 7 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 7 people said helpful

Best one ever!
gnulmd2 (6 reviews)This is the best blush ever because it's so pigmented that you do not need to use a lot of it to get the desirable shade of color..it's long lasting and absolutely worth the money. — 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great blush
2529 (17 reviews)I have several Nars blushes. The cream blush is so great. It blends well and lasts all day. Penny Lane is my favorite because it goes with my skin tone no matter how much it changes. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Beautiful
HasmikG (5 reviews)I have this blush in Penny Lane and so far I am very impressed. I love how it applies as a cream but feels like a powder. However, it still gives your skin a dewy look which looks amazing. I highly recommend it. — 1 year, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Try it...just try it!
allurizonme (1 reviews)I fell in love with NARS Gold Member cream blush after swatching it at a Lord and Taylor department store. I haven't had a chance to wear this as a blush alone (waiting for some summertime color**smile) so I've been using it as a blush highlight (yeah, I think I might have just made that up). Ok, so I apply it on my cheek bones and where I'm going to be applying my powder blush for a nice glow. It looks amazing!! The color payoff is excellent and it's not too much if you know what I mean. NARS is a bit pricey but for a colors that I can't seem to find any of the colors that NARS has in any other brand. I love this brand, just wish they weren't so darn expensive $24 for a blush is a bit pricey for a gal on a budget — 3 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
