It is a decent product but barely. It doesn't meet expectations. It is overpriced and smells unpleasant after a few months of sitting. — 5 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Waste of Money/Time
I tried the Dark Spot Corrector (orange) and was completely disappointed. I had some colouring from vacation over the summer and hoped this would help conceal dark spots while I used another product to lighten them. Big mistake choosing this product!!! Not only did it make absolutely NO difference, it made my skin oilier than normal. It caused my makeup and powder to cake (something I had no problem with until I tried this corrector). I would recommend NOT buying this product and spending your money and time on a good spot fading product. I threw this product away and continued with the spot treatment which was amazing. Smashbox Green Color Correcting Primer
If your like me, you have a lot of red coloring on your face and it drives you crazy. I have tried several green based concealer s and primers, but many left me looking like Kermit the frog. Smashboxes green primer worked without me looking like a green frog. It goes on smoothly, covered many of my pores and reduced the red by about 80%. But to achieve that I have to use two coats. I like this product and the new Stilla One Step Correct. The main difference is the Smashbox feels smooth and just rids the green, the Stilla has swirls of moisturizer and color and is for heavier makeup days. For lighter makeup days the Smashbox is the tops. — 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Helps with redness... clogs pores
This primer helps with redness but doesn't cover it completely. I bought the green one, that corrects redness. Yes, putting green stuff on your skin is scary. I don't wear a lot of make-up, for the most part I only use Laura Mercer tinted moisturizer which doesn't cover as many flaws as regular foundation. Besides a few blemishes my main concern was the redness of my skin, which the tinted moisturizer covered enough to make red areas look pink. When I use this primer I notice that it significantly reduces the redness, but it doesn't make it disappear. I think if I put regular foundation over the primer I would see the full potential of the primer. I only use this when I know I will have my picture taken or know that I will be around people that are a bit judgy (we all have these types of people in our lives). I usually use the clear smashbox primer, but it doesn't help with redness at all. This covers the redness but it clogs my pores more than the classic primer. Every time I use it, I wake up with more black heads and a few little bumps on my cheeks. Removing my makeup and washing my face doesn't save me from the aftermath of this primer. This stuff does reduce redness at a price. It is great for an important event, but I can't use it daily. I recommend buying the travel size, you really don't need much for each use, and if your like me you wont be using it more than a few times a month. — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Mediocre...
Love Smashbox products so I thought I would try the Redness - Corrective (green) Primer. It reduced redness but not largely. I still had quite a bit of redness, and for the amount of money you pay for it, I don't think i'll buy it again. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

...didnt work for me. I bought the small travel size to test it out, hoping it would cover the red spots left from pst acne on my fair, thin skin. Wrong. Additionally, it feels weir putting green stuff on your face. It would at least be worth it if it worked at all. Luckily the small tube was not a huge investment at all.. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not The Best
I bought the green color correcting foundation primer, because I was told it was supposed to cancel redness in my skin. However, the primer made little to no difference in my skin coloration. Also, I found that when rubbing the product in, it sometimes clumped and did not smooth onto my skin easily. It isn't horrible, but I don't think I will be purchasing this item again. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Green Primer!
I went to the mall yesterday with some friends and we decided to go into Sephora. My makeup had worn off from earlier this morning when i put it on before school. I don't have really bad acne at all i just have a few red bumps on my forehead, chin and then my nose is sometimes red. I saw this and i decided to try it. I put it on along with the purple stuff all over my skin and went up to my friends they said Woh that stuff DID make your face look better! It is seriously amazing and now i can't wait to buy it! — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
