no real difference
I have weak nails that tend to peel easily. I also wash my hands often, give that I work with small children and don't want to catch every cold they bring to school every day, do this also weakens my nails. I'd heard great things about this product, so gave it a try. For me it turned out to be just an expensive clear nail polish. helped my brittle nails
I used to have very strong nails but Shellac manicure damaged my nails pretty badly. I know some of you have very good results with Shellac but unfortunately my experience is horrible although I did everything they suggest to remove the Shellac nail polish. even after professionally removed, my nails still were damaged. I got this in a trial size in one of my beauty boxes and I tried it immediately. So far, so good. Definetely better than Sallay Hansen products. Make sure that you only use one coat each day. Nailtique 2
I love this product. Before I started using Nailtique my nails were thin, flat and would split on the sides. The first time I used Nailtique I could tell a difference. They just felt stronger, more substance. I've been using Nailtique for over 3 months now and they are strong, not flat and I had to use my clippers to cut them back because they were getting too long! Never in my life have I ever had to cut my nails because they just wouldn't grow. I will never stop using Nailtique. Horrible for me
This product made my nails feel so weak and they actually began breaking! I bought this to strengthen me nails and it did the complete opposite, I was devastated. My nails are much healthier when I wear Nailtiques Formula 2
I started using this product at a suggestion of my podiatrist for my toenails. However the results were so fast & amazing that i quickly added to my nail care routine. The exact wording of the application is "Apply daily. As nails improve, decrease application. Formula 2 may be worn alone or with color polish." At first I didn't really want to re-apply the same product on top for several days, but I did it anyway. It could be worn alone for a few days but it will chip fairly quickly as its not intended to be worn that way. Also I would say that the product becomes fairly thick quickly which for some reason bothers me, so I only go about a week when I use then, then remove w/ non-acetone polish remover. It's been perfect for me for my toes as I don't have time to make it to a pedicure regularly & it has really strengthened them. I would add that it can take quite a bit of remover to get it off. This stuff is thick but absolutely great & does what it says it will. To try the other Naitiques products, look for a sale on their Kits. great for my toe nails
I used this product on my toe nails and have had great results. My toe nails use to split and creak and would never grow. Nail saver!
Before I started using this product, my nails were almost impossible to grow. They were thin, super bendy, and would peel. It took a concerted effort to get them even grow out a tiny bit, but after I used nailtiques, my nails are longer than they have ever been. I am so impressed with how it has changed my nails--they are now long, strong, and do not peel. They are looking great, and I know it has everything to do with this product. I have tried other treatments and nothing has come close. I applied one coat per day for seven days, then removed it and repeated the process for two weeks. After that, I used it as a base coat. This is by far the best nail hardener that Ive used. I tried all the Sally Hansen ones and nothing really worked like Nailtique did. I noticed considerable less peeling and breaking and my nails were pretty 'hard'...which is a total first for me. I could do chores, went shopping through the racks and cleaned the house...and my nails didnt peel, chip or break. That was really impressive to me! My nails also appear healthier...the pink is pinker and the white is whiter. It is a bit pricey but I do recommend atleast giving this a try. I personally dont apply it every single day like it states..atleast once a week or maybe a couple times. Just depends how they feel/look.
