Trust me, I wouldn't even think of dropping $38 on foundation if it weren't truly amazing. I sampled this at Sephora, then two seconds later gladly paid the price. I've had the same reaction with all Smashbox products. This is perfect skin in a bottle. Supposedly it was a big Hollywood secret before Sephora brought it to every mall in America, and I believe it. Even though it's oil-free, it glide...read mores on smoothly, feels hydrating and blends easily. Beautiful full coverage that lasts until you take it off, and luminosity that produces a glow like no other oil-free product on the planet. No irritation at all, even with SPF, even wearing it a good 12 hours. Causes no problems with problem skin. Anyone can find the perfect color because this creamy product is so smooth and "forgiving." I'm sorry to sound like a commercial, but this stuff is freakin' awesome. Finally a Fab Foundation
I have the hardest time finding the right foundation. I think I might have inally found it. It matches perfect. I have the hardest time finding the right coulor for me i am very very pale. and Most foundations go yellow or pink or oragnge every coulor but the right one for me lol. but this one blends in just right. Never liked a liquid foundation... until this!
Wow. I have never liked the feel of liquid foundation. EVER. It usually makes me feel like I need to shower. I feel so gross when I wear it. So anyways, I walked over to the Sma...read moreshbox area and found this. It is the most amazing liquid ever. I found the perfect color easily and tried it out, and oh my goodness! It felt so good on! I got it right away, I think it was $38, but then I got nervous. I thought that maybe it was ok in the store but when I wore it all day it would be that same greasy, dirty look and feel, but it really wasn’t! I noticed that after a while it started to get a little heavy feeling, but I found that if I set it with powder, it seems to last a lot longer. My only complaint is the way it dispenses. The way the bottle works makes it so you cant pump out a little bit so you either get one full pump or two and I think for me one and a half pumps is the perfect amount so I end up wasting makeup. My advice would be to start with one pump, apply and then if you need more, pump it really short really quick so only a little bit comes out. GOOD COVERAGE, BUT NOT MOISTURIZING
I bought this when Smashbox was the only brand who came out with HD foundation other than Dior . This foundation was amazingly smooth and coverage was above medium, yet this lacked moisture even when I used with primer. If you have normal to dry skin or women with mature skin I will definitely recommend you to avoid this. The pump bottle is convenient, but air gets in every time you pump it. Despite the expiration date (which was more than 9month left) it basically 'died' long before its due date. I would much rather have spent $40 for a good moisturizer instead! Think about today's marketing! Well, if HD is truly your thing then go for it. Excellent coverage.

Flawless Foundation
I started using Smashbox products about 6 months ago and I will never go back to my old mineral makeup again. I have had more compliments on my skin than I ever thought possible. I had acne prone and dry skin in the past but with the combination of Smashbox Foundation Primer Light and the Healthy FX Foundation with SPF 15 my skin has transformed tremendously. Need more coverage
I really didn't like this foundation only because it did not provide enough coverage. I like how it melted on my skin. I think if you are looking for a natural finish with little coverge then this is perfect for you. I prefer prescritives flawless skin foundation for a natural look though it is medium to full coverage. Smooth and natural finish
I had my make up professionally done for my wedding and they used this.. I was hooked and started buying it myself. I like it much better than clinique or any other brand. The only thing I noticed about this is that near the bottom of the bottle it appears that the make up is seperating and I can see oil... but it still comes out of the pump ok and goes on smoothly.
