My mom instilled in me the wonders of the ht oil treatment back in the 1970s when she had long, color-treated hair. I've been using them all of my life, and I really love this Shower Works formula. No more taking a hot cup of water upstairs and into the shower with me. This one works well and I like that I can dispense as much as I want compared to the typical hot oil tubes.
