I did not like it
Ever since my husband switched to The Body Shop's shave cream for men, which comes in a tub, I've been happy that there is no no rust ring. But I still use a can of Aveeno, EOS or Satin Care shave gel for myself. When I saw this tub of the shave cream in my friend's bathroom, I asked her about her experience with this cream. She said I could have the rest of the tub to see if I would like it. I did not even know that Benefit makes a shave cream. The cream is very thick, and the thick consistency makes my two-blade razor difficult to glide over skin. No gliding means no close shave. No close shave means missing some spots. Then, I have to shave the same area again, and it leads to redness, nicks and cuts. I also have to rinse the razor off several times as it filled up with the thick cream. My regular drugstore shave gel works better for my skin than this one. I thought I would love the tub packaging, but actually I don't like it. I shave in the shower, and to avoid water gets in, I have to close the lid and stop the shower each time. I know it is a little effort, but it kind of bothers me when I am in a hurry. Indulge Yourself!
I personally love this shave cream. It's totally expensive and totally worth it. It's a luxury to splurge on while bathing. The smell is so great. It leaves skin very soft. SANTA BABY
Here's the deal, girlfriends, I can't afford a $26 shaving cream. It was a gift. I was totally emo when I scooped the last dollop of cream from the frou-frou jar. This satiny mousse protects and mousturizes, plus it smells so feminine. Truth be told, shaving isn't one of the more girly duties in my toilette. This sweetened the deal and made me feel at least as sexy as Eartha Kitt. Best Shave Cream EVER!
I love this stuff. It makes shaving so easy. Smooth skin for days and I can put on Jeans right after without getting that nasty thing called razor rash! The problem is the price. But now we have an even bigger issue. It is no longer available. If you love this product you must let them know you can't live without it. amazing!
This is by far the best shave cream I have ever used! It is a little pricey, but very concentrated and definitely worth the price. The scent is soft rose, and this left my legs smooth and did not give my sensitive skin a rash!
