my skin is balanced and softended with this cleanser. My dryness has been slowly clearing up with this cleanser, my acne going away to reveal beautifful skin. I have combination skin that tends to be really dry in areas (especially in winter) and this face cleanser is WONDERFUL! It is the only cleanser I can use daily with out my face becoming super dry and getting strange bumbs. And it doesn't make my oilier areas too oily.
