I use this product about once a month to give my hair back its shine and moisture. It works wonders,and everyone notices . I let it sit on my hair for about an hour before I shampoo ,what a difference it makes. I have very dry hair,it would look like straw so this product gets the three S's, soft, shiny and supple.The bottle is small but you really don't use alot and it does last for about 6 months .
