	Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm SPF 20 Love the sheer look and feel of this handy little balm and the added bonus of SPF 20! However...the yummy fragrance quickly dissipates and 20 minutes after applying I find my lips craving more moisture. 	Dr. Hess Udder Ointment I like applying this to dry patches of skin, and it does a good job at sinking in, but I have to use it in addition to C&O Bigelow rose balm to get that ultra-moisturizing experience.
