	Manic Panic Classic Cream Formula Semi-Permanent Hair Color I used to have hot pink hair, and this was, by far the best vibrant hair color out there. The texture is perfect-thick enough to glide through the hair without dripping and being runny. It smells nice, still chemical-but not strong. They have a huge variety of colors.
