	Nars Brow Pencil This pencil has a drier consistency, giving it a firm feel when applying to brows. This helps draw feathery lines, as opposed to smudging color through your brows. It's good for drawing in and filling any "empty" spaces. It's a tad pricey, but I expect it would last a long time.
