	Alterna Life Solutions Volume Restore Shampoo i actually really didn't like this shampoo. I didn't like the scent and I didn't notice any dramatic changes in my hair volume and my hair looked dull. 	Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Volume Molding Creme I was hesitant at first because I thought this would weigh down my fine hair, but it really adds volume. 	Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Blonde Leave-In Conditioner It's not as thick as a typical conditioner, more liquidy than I had imagined. It spreads evenly and easily through your hair.
