Take it from a Dental Hygienist
I am a pediatric dental hygienist from Delaware and see several teens/young adults who come to me after orthodontic therapy and the first thing they ask about it whitening! Most are of an age I would only recommend strips to and the results have been phenomenal! Many young adults unfortunately go through the phase of lacking in the homecare arena and end up with "white spots."
