Worht a dollar...but not what I wanted

I was looking for a whitener to add to my upper and lower waterline...this isn't it. It does brighten the eye when used as a regular eyeliner..and is good for a bright summer look. I'm still looking for a good eye brighter, but this will work in the meantime
