I've never had good luck with self tanners, they always made me look orangish (is this really a word? lol) and streaky. I like this tanner because it shows me where I have applied the lotion so there's no guessing. It leaves my skin looking bronze instead of orange. The smell is nice unlike some of the other self tanners. What I didn't like about this tanner is that it leaves dark spots on the knuckles of my hands, even after exfoliating.
