My one and only

I've been using this one for years. Works perfectly, and doesn't tug or beat your eyelashes up. My lashes look great, even without mascara. Doesn't make that weird kink or bend in the eyelashes that some curlers leave you with. The curl is soft and dramatic and elegant. This is a really high quality tool, as you'd expect from Shiseido. I think the general consensus in the beauty industry for the best eyelash curlers are of course the legenedary Shu Uemura curlers and this lovely one from Shiseido! I've tried other eyelash curlers from time to time and there really is no other.

A must have

With skin cancer becoming so common these days, it's always important to arm yourself with lotions like this in the summertime. I slather it in my arms and legs and it keeps me healthy and safe. A bit too heavy for the face though, I'd recommend a lotion specifically for the face instead.

Looks muddy

This doesn't work on all skin types/colors. Later in the day after my face got a bit oilier from the natural oils, this powder started to get a little cakey and looked...well, muddy. Almost as if I had dirt on my face. Not good for oily skin! And like the other reviews said, I could see this being clownish looking and much too intense for someone with fairer skin.

Not crazy about the shimmer

This is a great lotion, but the only thing that bugged me was the little bit of shimmer that is in the lotion. It's like tiny particles of glitter that diffuse light and make your skin look radiant. However, it makes a mess when you're wearing tighter black clothing. And sometimes, I just want my skin to be moisturized, nothing more and nothing less! Fix the formula and this one is a winner.

Beautiful

I use Natural Black just to cover up some minimal greys and for an overall color boost. This works! It leaves your hair shinier and your natural tones are more enhanced, all without drastically altering your color too much. I love it!

Eh...

I'm not one of those women who are rabid fans of this mascara. I don't find it to be spectacular at all. It does nothing for my shorter lashes, and is not durable and long lasting enough for me (humidity smudging). I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and head to MAC. The price tag doesn't sway me.

Sentimenal indeed!

Who hasn't had an older female family member who used to slather this on their hands?! It's a great lotion with a comforting scent.

LOVE

I love OPI's bright and bold colors. Essie is a great brand for classic and conservative colors, but OPI is on top of the game in terms of trendy and fresh colors. Whether you are experimenting with new looks or trying to make a fashion statement, all of these colors are rich and vibrant and high quality. It goes on like a dream- smooth and evenly. The new brush is spectacular as well. Doesn't dry particularly quickly, but worth the wait. I can usually go 4-5 days with minimal chipping. I love it.

Limited colors

I wish John Frieda would recognize that some people have darker shades than "brilliant brunette". I used this for my natural onyx black hair and didn't see much of a difference. There was a little bit of extra shine and changed the texture of my hair slightly, but did nothing to enhance the color of it. I've had better results using plain old Pantene midnight expressions conditioner! And also, like some of the other reviewers said, it's messy to use even in the shower. It stains your hands temporarily and can even stain your white shower curtains/tiles if you are not careful. Not worth the effort or the money.

Really good

Really good for dark hair. Not really sure what ingredients make this so particular for black hair, but I really did see a difference. No dyes in it apparently, but somehow enhances the richness of dark shades. Love it! And for the price?? I'm in heaven.
