what happened to the brush?

In high School this was a favorite Mascara of my friends and myself. I just recently bought a new tube after all these years of using other Mascaras' . I am no longer impressed, the brush is too small and the mascara doesn't seem to have the consistency it used to have. I think I'll have to stick with my other mascaras now. The Great Lash, no longer gives me great lashes and I'm very disappointed about the small brush that's in it now.
