My brand obsessions:

Vichy for skin care, Origins Perfect World Hydrating creme, Nars Blush in Gilda (or almost any blush-I LOVE blush) Benefit, Stila, MAC for Studiofix only,Kiehl's lip balm,Bumble and Bumble hair product (but not shampoo), Body Shop (glycerin soap only), Crazy libellule and the Poppies, Essie

I'd bawl my eyes out if this product was discontinued:

Stila Illuminating concealer in medium, Nars blush in Gilda

Save your money! Here are 5 products I bought and regretted:

ANYTHING Dermalogica (just irritates my skin!) Marc Jacobs Eau de Parfum (Gardenia, although the hair fragrance was nice), Comptoir Sud Pacifique perfumes-any, Bare Escentuals starter kit, Scott Barnes Illuminating mist

From shower to "out the door," how long I take to get ready on an average day:

20-30 minutes-30 on a really bad, slow day.

Beauty trend I'd really, really like to learn or try:

Can't think of anything I like and haven;t tried

What makeup thingy is always in my purse:

Kiehl's lip balm #1 and Kiehl's lip gloss, compact mirror and moisturizer.

Ah, memories... My biggest junior high beauty mistake:

White eyeliner on the upper and lower lids.

Most cringe-worthy beauty treatment I've ever endured:

Going to a hair school where they did updo's for free right before my senior formal in gr. 12!!!

The most $$ I've ever shelled out for a beauty product:

$450 for a Stila palette that came with some brushes, some blush, and some eye shadows.

About Me:

I have 3 shoe boxes and a whole drawer filled with eye shadows, blushes, glosses, concealer, lipstick and false eyelashes and that's just in my new place. I have bags and bags at my mom's- I accumulated so much make up that I'm constantly giving it away. I LOVE make up and whenever I had $20 in my pocket, I'd mosey over to MAC or Sephora and pick up a blush (my fave product) an eyeshadow or anything that fit my fancy. In the last 2 years, I've focused my make up shopping a little more and spend good money on stuff that I know I'll love and that I know will last and be worth the cost. However, those shoe boxes and drawers still come in handy when I flip through a beauty magazine and see a new look I'd like to try: I've got almost every color for every look! So really, all the shopping has been a great investment!
