Just in time for Earth Day, celebrities have begun to embrace the natural beauty look -- from Jessica Simpson's brave, makeup-free (or so she claims), cover shoot for "Marie Claire" to Britney Spears' unretouched photos from her Candies ad,

And, we have to say, after years of seeing airbrushed and Photoshopped pictures presented as the real deal, it's refreshing to realize that stars look, well, normal!

Don't get us wrong, these are all beautiful girls! But when leading ladies feel comfortable letting their natural beauty shine, it gives us all an opportunity to embrace our own looks.

However, Lesley Jane Seymour, "More's" editor-in-chief, told the "Huffington Post" that the unretouched images are just being released to attract attention, and that the trend won't last.

"Aside from a gimmick, you are not going to see many celebrities bare faced," she told the news source. "They can't even go to get the mail bare faced."
