EMRAH KOVACOGLU is the co-founder and CEO of Total Beauty Media, Inc. Emrah developed the concept of TotalBeauty.com after working at Procter & Gamble as the global digital brand manager for the cosmetic category. He spent more than a decade at P&G working on several brands including CoverGirl and Max Factor. Having worked in consumer marketing for leading beauty brands, it became clear to Emrah that the industry was lacking an inclusive beauty guide for women of all ages and lifestyles. In his quest to find the perfect lipstick and turn his vision of TotalBeauty.com into a reality, Emrah has organized a team of experts in the fields of editorial content, new media and beauty marketing. Emrah received a BS in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

JORDAN POSELL is the chief financial officer for Total Beauty Media, Inc. Jordan has over 15 years of financial and operational management experience across a wide range of start-ups. After starting out in investment banking in Asia, Jordan moved into lead operations and finance roles at several top-tier, venture-backed start-ups including Gemstar, Idealab, eToys (which he helped take public), LivePlanet, and GameFly. On the senior management team at Neven Vision, he helped steward its sale to a little start-up company named Google. Most recently, he was the COO of paidContent.org. Jordan received his MBA from the University of Virginia and BA from UC Berkeley.

JUDY HSIEH is the vice president of online business development for Total Beauty Media, Inc. She is in charge of growing the site audience and revenues through strategic partnerships and investments. Judy joined Total Beauty from Yahoo where she held senior positions in business development, product management and strategy. Previously, Judy was vice president of business development at BusinessWeek Digital where she successfully launched premium products targeting the MBA community and negotiated key distribution, ecommerce and content licensing deals. Before entering digital media full-time, Judy spent several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers evaluating M&A deals for strategic and financial buyers. She joined Total Beauty in the hopes of picking up a few tips so that she could look her age (it’s 25). Judy received her MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from UCLA.

BETH MAYALL is the editor in chief of Total Beauty Media, Inc. Beth spent the first half of her 15-year career creating editorial content for numerous magazines such as Marie Claire, Sassy, Teen, CosmoGirl! and Seventeen. As the interactive media world boomed, Beth took her talents and entered the online space, spending seven years as the SVP of all content at ChannelOne.com, the interactive arm of the daily Peabody Award-winning newscast viewed by 7 million teens in America. Combining her success at creating engaging content with her passion and knowledge of beauty, Beth is driven to make TotalBeauty.com the No. 1 beauty resource for women -- and to personally test every single beauty product on the market, even the really bad ones. Beth received a BA in literature and creative writing from West Chester University.

GEOFF HALE is the general counsel for TotalBeauty.com. Geoffrey has over 15 years of experience working with a wide range of start-ups and new ventures, first as a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini, then as an officer of various internet-based start-ups (Aardvarkpet.com, C/R Catalog and Brand Farm), and more recently as corporate counsel for a variety of Internet-based new ventures (including New Media Merchants, Gold Violin, KeepMedia and Blue Kai) and investor counsel for several angel investors. Geoffrey joined Total Beauty in 2007 after working with its founders to form the company and close its initial rounds of funding. Geoffrey received a BA from Middlebury College and a JD and MBA from the University of Virginia.

ANN MARIE MACDOUGALL is the Director of Advertising Sales at Total Beauty Media, Inc. She has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing with an extensive background in both print and interactive mediums. Ann Marie began her career at Rodale, Inc., moving from consumer marketing to niche media sales, and ultimately building the online advertising franchise for Men’s Health Magazine. She also worked at Warner Bros. Online where her focus on driving revenue expanded to include original content development, digital licensing and syndication. After leaving Warner Bros., Ann Marie was the National Sales Director at HFM US where she successfully managed digital sales and marketing while achieving record growth for ELLE.com, ELLEgirl.com and WomansDay.com. Most recently, she developed the consumer packaged goods strategy at RealAge Inc. Ann Marie is a self-proclaimed product junky and is on an endless search for the ultimate eye cream.

ANDY CHEATWOOD is the director of program management for TotalBeauty.com. Andy has over eight years' experience heading interactive editorial concept design and development for innovative and engaging high-traffic sites and broadband networks. Most recently he served as Director of Online Production at ChannelOne.com, where his work leading the creation of compelling, non-traditional interactive news packages garnered numerous online and journalism industry awards, including three Webbys. Andy received his BA from the University of Southern California and is obsessed with finding the perfect lip balm.
