We publish TotalBeauty.com, a beauty tips and expert advice site that's like Yelp.com for beauty products, with 300,000 user-generated beauty product reviews spanning more than 46,000 beauty products. And we recently launched BeautyRiot.com, a beauty inspiration site for women in their 20s.

About the Job:
We are looking for smart and energetic top performing sales professionals with three plus years of direct sales experience in digital media. The ideal candidate must be an extremely self-motivated individual who is creative and resourceful with outstanding communication skills who possesses the ability to perform within an entrepreneurial environment. You must be someone who exceeds your sales goals and has a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
This is a high growth/high reward position where performers will be able to grow with our company and take on greater responsibility.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key digital advertising and media buying agencies and clients.
- Prospect for new advertisers
- Engage in all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting, developing new client pitches, preparing responses to RFPs including Power Point presentations and Excel media plans, to closing sales and servicing accounts
- Achieve weekly goals for client calls and presentations
- Achieve personal goals for net advertising sales
- Be a key contributor to sales department annual goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in digital media
- Current agency and client relationships.
- Comfortable selling integrated partnership programs beyond banner advertisements
- Detail-oriented and proficient at PowerPoint and Excel.
- A self-starter who possesses high energy, is well spoken and a good writer, and has demonstrated creative and analytical skills.
