Would You Take Plastic Surgery Advice from Joan Rivers?

Maybe I need to get off my feminist high horse, but I think Joan Rivers' new book, "Men Are Stupid And They Like Big Boobs: A Woman's Guide to Beauty Through Plastic Surgery," is offensive to women and men. Let me explain:
1. The title: "Men Are Stupid"? Well sure, some are. But plenty others are smart and will give a small-chested woman a second glance (right?).
2. I'm expected to take advice from Joan Rivers?! The woman looks like a mix of an inflatable doll and an alien life form (sadly she's not the only celeb with this cross-breed look). Sure, she knows a lot about plastic surgery procedures -- since she's had, um, all of them -- but I'd rather take advice from a qualified doctor like this one.
3. It's sad when a woman's value is entirely based on how "perfect" she looks. Sure a new lipstick (find a great one here) or mascara (check out this top volumizing formula) can give you a boost, but that's a small aspect of our self-esteem -- or so I thought.
Am I over-reacting? Will you read Joan Rivers' book?
