OMG -- The Scrunchie Is Back?!
- Posted by Sarah on June 11, 2009 at 02:05PM

It's my greatest beauty nightmare come true. The. Scrunchie. Is. Back. American Apparel is selling the neon-colored devils, nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sure, I rocked a scrunchie or two back in the day (and apparently this celeb did too) but now when I look at the pictures I can see scrunchies for what they really are: tacky and unattractive. Why are we bringing back trends from the most unflattering era ever? Why not just bring back these styles while we're at it?!
Where do you stand on the scrunchie debate? Will you bring your hot pink monstrosity out of hiding or will you sign this pledge to stay scrunchie-free?
Looking for a hair accessory that's actually, you know, cute? Check out these.
Or you could try taking a cue from a far more flattering decade with these hairstyles.
One of these timeless looks would be far superior to any scrunchie.

That pic you are using to show scrunchies here & on the Total Beauty Facebook page is disgusting, and I\'m not the first to say so. I\'m sure you could find something decent to show on your blog.
