You've seen us blog and read our stories, but now it's time to meet the crew that brings you all the fabulous content on the site:

BETH MAYALL-TRAGLIA, Editor in Chief
Beth leads all content strategy for the Web's top beauty media company. As one of the company's first hires, she's led TotalBeauty.com in inspiring 12 million women with new beauty products and trends -- and built a site that's a trusted beauty contributor regularly featured on Yahoo, AOL and MSNBC.com. Beth got her start in beauty, fashion and women's lifestyle coverage in '94 -- first as a monthly columnist for Sassy magazine, then as a writer/editor for TEEN, Marie Claire, MTV, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, CosmoGIRL!, and others. She is an author and frequent speaker on social media.

KRISTEN OLDHAM GIORDANI, Senior Editor
One of the country's leading experts on beauty products and trends, Kristen can be seen covering hot topics as a guest expert on such shows as ABC's Good Morning America Now, or connecting with readers in daily creation of Total Beauty's content. In her prior role as Beauty Director at Seventeen magazine, she was responsible for all beauty trend coverage in the nation's top teen magazine. Before that she acted as Beauty and Fitness Editor at CosmoGIRL!. Kristen received a BA in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon.

SARAH CARRILLO, Associate Editor
A fast and smart content expert, Sarah generates much of Total Beauty's most popular stories and trend pieces. Regularly featured on AOL and MSNBC, Sarah also blogs daily on behalf of Total Beauty for Yahoo's beauty channel, and maintains content distribution through our network of the best beauty blogs on the Web. Prior to her current role, Sarah was an editor for the women's site SavvyMiss.com. She holds a BA in Journalism from Pepperdine.
