Heidi Pratt Can’t Handle the Jungle

If you tuned in to the premiere of NBCs Im a Celebrity Get Me out of Here! you know that Heidi (Montag) Pratt is the last girl we would describe as low-maintenance. She spent most of the two-hour episode in hysterics -- swatting at bugs, wiping her melting makeup, and obsessively spraying dry shampoo. (I wonder if she used one of these top-rated dry shampoos: T3 360, $25 and Klorane, $18.)
But you dont have to be a diva to survive the jungle, or just look good at the beach. In fact, with the right products and tips, you can be super low-maintenance, and avoid many of the issues that convinced Heidi to hike on out of there and off the show! (For now )
With the summer heat approaching, check out these tips to avoid makeup meltdown. Also, invest in versatile products like this Avon bug guard and sunscreen, $14, a reader favorite to keep your bag light.
And what about the hair? Heidi may have been a little excessive, but she was on the right track. Go light on the dry shampoo, or sport a sexy ponytail to disguise oily roots and eliminate sweaty strands.
