For the past few weeks I've been getting totally pumped up for Halloween, which is ironic because I won't even be in the country to celebrate the day. But the reason why I've been getting excited to wear a costume (even though I can't) is because we shot these amazing Halloween makeup looks with MAC Director of Makeup Artistry Gregory Arlt (who is amazing!). You must check out these how-to videos -- they just went live today (along with our new and much improved video player!). I hope they inspire you as much as they did me.

A couple of other things that are getting me in the Halloween mood (besides the miniature versions of my favorite candies):

2. Slatkin & Co. Halloween Tea Light Holder in Orange with a Pumpkin Tea Light inside. The cute little jack-o'-lantern holder is the closest thing to a carved pumpkin I'll get this year. And the pumpkin-scented candle is delish. Smells like my homemade pumpkin bread (which I'm still trying to find time to make).
