Precision Eyebrow Pencil Eyebrows are big right now -- both literally and figuratively -- and it seems like a new brow product comes across my desk every day. The latest one to make the leap into my makeup bag is IT Cosmetics Brow Power Super Skinny, $24. As the name suggests, it's extremely skinny (for drawing on individual hairs), budge-proof and comes in seven shades. While many pencils can look reddish on brunettes, these have gray undertones to help them blend. I've added the "Universal Medium Brown" to my brow powder routine, and now I can proudly say: #browsonfleek.
