The angled brush for a runway-worthy cat eye I always toss the sponge-tipped applicators that come with eye shadow palettes, but I had to use this angled liner brush from the LORAC Pro To Go Palette for a spur of the moment cat eye ... and now I can't live without it. The little bristles work great with gel liner or eye shadow. Use short strokes to create a straight line, and get as close to your lash line as possible to make lashes look fuller. Look for a thin, firm, densely packed angled liner brush. This type of brush allows you to start with a thin line and flesh it out it if you want to go bold.
